PM Learning Partners with IPMA to Deliver PM Simulations in Portugal

IPMA (International Project Management) Portugal has named PM Learning an official Experiential Learning Partner for its Project Management Congress 2010 to be held in Lisbon, September 28-30, 2010. Organizers were looking for innovative and refreshing ways of learning and skill acquisition methods. The concept of experiential simulation learning, offered by PM Learning was a great fit to the program.

Congress participants will be able to participate in two action learning workshops Ultimate RouteTM and Portfolio PowerTM. Both project management simulations challenge participants to learn and apply project and portfolio management competencies in rapidly changing conditions. Action learning also reinforces the value and dynamics of teamwork and leadership. Participants will learn and use variety of project, portfolio, change, and risk management concepts and demonstrate the soft skills necessary to interact effectively with colleagues in a team setting within a rapidly changing business environment. Participants get the opportunity to experience, reflect upon their experience, and then translate into action back on their 'real-world’ projects.
