Mark is the founder of Interthink Consulting, and leads Company's consulting and research practices. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, Mark has worked with and consulted to organizations in a broad range of industries and disciplines. Well recognized in the project management community, Mark has been a relentless contributor of ideas, innovations and solutions. He is a much sought after keynote speaker, and writes for a number of publications, including a popular and widely-read regular column on gantthead.com. Mark is co-author of PMI®-published (2008) monograph "Researching the Value of Project Management". The study was initiated by the Project Management Institute and conducted across hundreds of organizations globally during last 3-year period.

Hugh is a globally respected strategist in allaspects of the project management profession. He has played an executive leadership role in PMI since 1993, serving two consecutive terms as PMI Chair in 2000 and 2001, and almost six years as a member of PMI’s Board of Directors.
Hugh is the President of Macquarie Business Concepts, a consulting firm promoting the achievement of strategic goals through the application of effective project portfolio management. Previously, he was a Program Manager for the Procter & Gamble Company, where he spent over 20 years leading teams focused on operational and process improvement in both manufacturing and business services. Hugh has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Tasmania, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton. He was certified as a PMP in 1992 and appointed a PMI Fellow in 2005.

Colin Wheeler is a senior consultant with over 25 years experience of all aspects of Risk Management, Project, Operational, Business and Strategic risk with the MoD, local and central government, the utilities and industry. Colin is one of the leading members of the global risk management community. He has represented the UK for the Project Management Institute (PMI) RiskSig group since 2005 and in 2007 he was asked by the UK Government Office for Government Commerce (OGC) to help them re-write their Management of Risk (M_o_R) module. Clients for which Mr Wheeler has worked include NASA, Transport London, UK Ministry of Defence, Royal Air Force and many others.

Dr. Michael Percy is Dean of the University of Alberta’s School of Business since 1997. He is also a former member of the Legislative Assembly of the province of Alberta, serving from 1993-1997. Dr. Percy serves on numerous boards including EPCOR, Matrikon, Timber Investments Ltd., GovernanceGlobal Corporation, and Alberta Life Sciences Institute. In 2005 he was a member of the Canadian Federal Expert Panel to Review Equalization and Territorial Funding Formula and served on the editorial boards of the Canadian Journal of Economics and as co-chair of the Premier's 1997 Economic Growth Summit. Dr. Percy has been an active commentator on current public policy issues and acted as a consultant to various provincial governments on issues related to economic development, and to United Nations agencies. He is also active as a guest speaker and has taught in a number of professional development programs.
Dr. Percy is the author and co author of four books and numerous articles on public policy, international trade and economic development. Dr. Percy received a BA (Honours) degree from the University of Victoria, and a MA and Doctorate degree in Economics from Queen’s University.
Paul Lombard, PMP, CQM

Mr. Lombard gained his project management experience as a project and program manager for the U.S. government. Prior to his government work, he was a principal at Global Training Group. During his tenure with Global, he consulted and trained at numerous Fortune 500 companies including Deloitte and Touche, Genentech, IBM, Motorola, NCR, Nortel, Sprint, The New York Times Company, The Vanguard Group, and Verizon. He also has significant consulting and training experience in government program and project management, having worked with the Commander in Chief Naval Forces in Europe, New York New Jersey Port Authority, Naval Personnel Command in New Orleans, and the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries among others.
Mr. Lombard is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society for Quality, and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Mr. Lombard was awarded a Distinguished Civil Service Medal for his project work while assigned as an internal consultant to the Department of the Navy. He has also been recognized by the Quality Special Interest Group of PMI for his long service to that SIG.

Alexander created and managed one of the first implementations of Strategic Project Offices in Eastern Europe in early 2000, based on PMI® principles, in JSC "Alpha Bank" and managed a number of federal scale progarmmes and projects with individual budgets exceeding USD 250 mln. Alexander Kutuzov represents Russian Federation in the process of development of the new ISO 21500 Project Management Standard (TC 236 Project Committee). Program Manager for mission-critical Federal Network Service (FNS) Company federal program in energy sector, with the budget of 200 mln. USD, outsourced to PM Expert by the FNS.
Since January 2008 Alexander Kutuzov is on the Advisory Board of Project Management MBA Program with the Moscow Physics and Mathematics Institute and Economic Academy. Mr. Kutuzov is the author of a number of PMI-registered training courses, invited speaker of many key Congresses and Conferences on Project Management internationally.
